At Label YA, each piece is custom-made with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring a unique and high-quality product crafted just for you. Due to the personalized nature of our garments, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.

Returns & Exchanges

We take great care in delivering products of the highest standard. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the issue. Our team will assess the concern and provide a suitable resolution.
We do not accept returns for reasons other than product damage. However, we understand the importance of a perfect fit, which is why we offer a one-time size exchange for your order. To request a size exchange, please ensure that:
•    The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags intact.
•    The request is raised within 7 days of delivery by reaching out to our customer support team.
•    The customer bears the shipping cost for sending the product back, while we cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item.
